Nadia A. Mian is senior program director of Rutgers University’s Ralph W. Voorhees Center for Civic Engagement, and a lecturer at its Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. Mian holds a doctorate from The New School and a master’s degree in environmental studies and urban planning from York University in Toronto, Canada.
