Last week, we asked readers “Have you participated in any bank accountability/economic justice demonstrations through New Bottom Line, Occupy Wall Street, or similar groups?” Here’s how you responded:

You said:

“Yes. In Alice Springs in central Australia we had an open mic and community members talked about changes in our community to make things more equitable.”

“Yes. We had about 100 people in a suburb of Denver, with great news coverage.”

“Yes. [I attended] Occupy Ft. Lauderdale doing rally and volunteer work”

“Yes. I participated in the huge Oct. 15th rally in New York City. I’ve also visited Occupy Wall Street several times.”

“Yes. I have attended marches, general assembly, donated supplies and cash, [and have] used Facebook to gather more support.”
