Description
The Washington State Department of Commerce seeks a new Program Manager for their Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) Program. This person will provide technical assistance for communities developing and calibrating affordable housing programs. The position must also develop and implement an accountability system to audit and track MFTE projects. The MFTE program incentivizes residential development in urban centers by authorizing property tax exemptions to encourage the development of multifamily housing.
