Colleen Flynn

Colleen is director of programs at LISC NYC. She oversees LISC NYC’s Green and Healthy Neighborhoods Initiative, which works to create healthier, more energy efficient and environmentally sustainable housing and communities. She is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer and holds a master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas, Austin.
