Robinson Markus is a Fulbright research grantee interested in climate migration within cities. Based at FLACSO Ecuador, he is finalizing an academic study examining Quito, Ecuador’s “Relocation Plan,” a voluntary program that aims to move residents from neighborhoods at risk to landslides and flooding into safer social housing.
