Michael Feinberg retired in 2022 as senior policy analyst at the Housing Assistance Council. Before joining HAC, he was a branch chief in the Single-Family Housing Direct Loan Division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where he managed the Section 502 direct loan program.
