Lin Chin

Lin is a partner at Ground Works Consulting, working at the intersection of power-building and equitable community development to co-design systems that foster health equity, climate justice, and shared prosperity. Lin has 20 years of experience working in and with local government to expand access to affordable, sustainable housing. Prior to Ground Works, she worked at a housing nonprofit focused on affordable homeownership and scattered site development. She also previously worked in strategic initiatives at the City of Oakland, concentrating on interagency approaches to foreclosure prevention, turning abandoned properties into affordable housing, community resilience, and green & healthy housing.
