The Inclusivity Institute is seeking qualified applicants for two positions: Senior Policy Analyst and Junior Policy Analyst. The Institute is a new non-profit organization based in Carmel, Indiana, with nationwide connections and expertise. The Institute seeks to promote economic and racial integration and to advance housing opportunity and access in urban America. In pursuing these goals, the Senior Policy Analyst and Junior Policy Analyst will work closely with government officials, affordable housing developers, and scholars to develop and implement innovative strategies to promote housing integration and opportunity. To fill these positions, the Institute is seeking individuals who can demonstrate many of the following skills: interest in and passion for fair housing and social justice issues; understanding of regulatory processes governing housing development and placement; familiarity with economic and quantitative analysis; research experience and capacity; self-directed work style; and strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree is required for both positions. Experience or expertise in housing and research training or relevant graduate work, are all pluses. Salary and benefits are highly competitive.
