ForEveryoneHome Community Engagement Consultant

    Grounded Solutions Network
    June 17, 2019

Grounded Solutions Network seeks community engagement consultants to support its “ForEveryoneHome” initiative in Indianapolis, Indiana, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and San Antonio, Texas.  The initiative targets cities where rising prices and changing demographics place communities of color at risk of displacement.  Working with teams of municipal and community leaders in each city, ForEveryoneHome will catalyze action around a local inclusive housing agenda.

We have issued three separate RFQs for local community engagement consultants (one in each of the ForEveryoneHome cities) and a fourth RFQ for a national community engagement consultant. The local consultants will be principally responsible for designing and implementing engagement plans tailored to their communities, while the national consultant will serve as an advisor and thought partner with us across the three locations, helping us to review and strengthen the strategies that our local consultants devise, and derive “lessons learned” as the initiative proceeds.  Further details on the role of the local and national consultants role may be found here.

Grounded Solutions Network is committed to maintaining and growing a diverse team, and is an anti-racist organization committed to doing business in keeping with core values of relevance, equity, diversity and inclusion. Applications from Minority Business Enterprises, Women’s Business Enterprises, Veteran’s Business Enterprises, and Disability Owned Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged.

We are eager to engage consultants as soon as possible.  Accordingly, interested parties are encouraged to submit their responses to this RFQ at their earliest convenience, and no later than June 28, 2019.  We will review submissions on a rolling basis.  We anticipate completing our search for consultants by mid-July at the latest.  Questions and submissions should be directed to Matt Weber at He may also be reached by phone at (503) 493-1000, ext. 17.
