Champlain Housing Trust is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead its accounting and financial activities as the Director of Finance.
This is a dynamic position with a dynamic organization, offering an opportunity to support the development, management, and stewardship of permanently affordable homes in Northwestern Vermont. This individual will use a balance of expert level technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to manage, support and oversee daily Accounting Department operations and financial functions of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience with consolidating financial statements, organizational budgeting, forecast, and corporate accounting in a public or nonprofit sector, over ten years of accounting management experience, and a Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
