Stephan is a graduate student of Urban Planning at New York University. He is currently a Sustainability Intern at the Community Preservation Corporation (CPC), a nonprofit multifamily lender. Prior, Stephan worked at the NYC Housing Partnership, where he oversaw several rental and homeownership inclusionary housing projects.
