Paul Stanton Kibel is an environmental attorney with Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley in Oakland and teaches Urban Environmental Law & Policy at Golden Gate University Law School in San Francisco. He is a member of the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California and represented Resources for Community Development (RCD) in its claim against Chevron.
