Adam Kent serves as a senior program officer in the DC office of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), responsible for a wide range of LISC investments and community development initiatives. Prior to joining LISC, Adam worked as a high school math teacher in DC Public Schools and as a researcher at the Urban Institute. Adam also plays trumpet for the DC-based funk and soul band AZTEC SUN. He holds a BA in Economics from Macalester College, a MA in Teaching from American University, and a MPA from Princeton University.
